Qubos LLC is intentionally small. We believe great software comes from small, focused teams where everyone has real ownership over what they build. There are no layers of management between you and the work.
We work remotely and asynchronously. Most communication happens through writing — thoughtful messages, clear documentation, and well-described pull requests. Meetings are rare and short. Deep work is the default, not the exception.
We don't do performance reviews, arbitrary deadlines, or micromanagement. We trust people to do their best work and give them the space to do it. What we do care about: shipping regularly, writing clean code, and being honest when something isn't working.
Work from anywhere. We care about output, not hours in a seat. Set your own schedule around your life.
Meetings are rare — typically 1-2 per week at most. The rest of your time is yours to focus.
You'll own features end-to-end. Design it, build it, ship it, maintain it. No tickets handed down from above.
TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL. Good tools that let you move fast without fighting the framework.
When you ship something, real users benefit the same week. No 18-month roadmaps where your work disappears into a backlog.
We give direct, constructive feedback and expect the same in return. No politics, no passive-aggressive Slack messages.
